Based on clinical studies, about 50% of patients begin showing improvement after two days ( -grade improvement). Most patients (-69%) achieve complete results by Day 30 (22-grade improvement by physician and patient assessments).

Non-inferiority studies are intended to show that the effect of a treatment is not worse than that of an active control by more than a specified margin.
Comparison based on a 1-grade improvement may not be clinically meaningful.
Common Side Effects
Headache (10.2% Jeuveau, 13.9% Botox) and common cold (8.6% Jeuveau, 11.4% Botox) were the most commonly reported side effects reported in the head-to-head aesthetic phase III study. Significantly, no serious side effects were reported in clinical study.
